Custom Dresses
Where can I see pricing for custom gowns & dresses?
Right here! custom made designs range from $1,000 - $20,000 depending on the model, the design process and alterations. BUT, we also have our ready to wear collection, which ranges from $600-$5,000.
How long will it take to make a custom dress?
Timing is everything, so we typically recommend begin the dress process about one month before your event date. However, if your event is in 2 weeks, YES, 2 weeks!! We'll try to accommodate your request and submit your order as a "rush order" so you can receive your dress in time. Just make sure to contact us asap.
What can I do if I am unhappy with my custom online order?
We always do our best to accommodate all customers. Send an email to customercare@arinconcept.com and we will be happy to further assist you. Please note that all our products are made to order and we cannot offer you a full refund. However, we can certainly help you with alterations and make small changes to your garment.
How can I exchange or return a custom dress?
As our dresses are made-to-order, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless in the event of a genuine manufacturing fault. You can always contact us by email at customercare@arinconcept.com.
